A conference by Rail Partners

Building on its success in 2023, Rail Partners is again hosting the conference at RSN 2024, covering two key topics in a series of compelling presentations from leading rail industry figures complemented by lively panel discussions.

Enabling innovation in rolling stock

The first topic will be how innovation can deliver higher performing and more cost-effective rolling stock for both new and existing fleets.  There’s a real need for rolling stock innovation to provide a better experience for our customers, as well as enabling an increasingly cost-efficient railway.

Transforming depots

The second topic will consider how depots can enable a high performing railway and be great places to work.  Depots are often out of sight and out of mind for our customers, funders and stakeholders with most activity taking place overnight.  An efficient, safe and high performing depot is critical for the delivery of reliable services to customers. Technology, tools, new planning and operating systems together with a good working environment can support safer and more productive depots as well as ensuring a motivated and healthy workforce.
