2026 Stand Prices
Run of stand price is £1,250. 4m wide 3m deep
Corner Aisle £1,400. 4m wide 3m deep.
Enterprise stands £900 3m wide 1.4m deep.
Multiple exhibitors on one stand position + £250 Per.
All prices are plus VAT.

What you get as an exhibitor
If you’re involved in the rolling stock industry or looking for opportunities to break into the market, this is an ideal opportunity to showcase your business to international rail industry professionals at all levels who are looking to make new connections and explore opportunities.
As part of the price, you get:
THE STAND
- A main floor stand space of 4m x 3m or 3m x 1.4m in the Enterprize Zone.
- Exhibitors are able to book stands in multiple should they wish to do so.
- All stands include carpet and access to one electrical supply at 500w
- Stand space is yours to fill – we do not provide a shell scheme, or any furniture, allowing us to keep the cost at exceptionally good value. You are free to include your own pop-up stand, roller banners and product displays. Additional items are available to rent from Derby Live.
- Breakfast bap and coffee is provided to exhibitors on setup morning
PROMOTIONAL SUPPORT
- A listing on the website with a 60-word description of your company and a link to a page on your website
- Promotion through the RSN social media channels, regular news items to subscribed recipients through the RSN database
- A free basic listing in the RSN Show Guide and Show Preview. There are optional premium opportunities for additional opportunities to advertise in these publications, which we will be in touch to offer.

We are aware that exhibitors are increasingly being targeted by companies claiming to supply exhibitor and/or visitor lists for a price. These companies are fraudulent. If you receive any such unsolicited offers, please do not respond. They even try to offer lists they claim to be ours to us at Rolling Stock Networking !
