Key Dates
Application system launch Wednesday 19th May.
The link will close on Monday 8th June.
All applications will be sent to the buyers for selection.
Confirmation of appointments will be sent by email to successful applicants on Tuesday 23rd June.
Please ensure you read the buyer requirements and ensure you align your submission to the needs that each buyer identifies. Be aware that buyers will often choose not to see established suppliers with whom they already have a relationship. Take the time to consider what you offer from the buyers perspective so your submission captivates their interest.
Examples of successful applications often indicate quality, cost, time to market, rapid prototyping, depth of supply, strong warranty support, robust supply chains, the use of advantageous technology and technology or services that assist in safety, environmental or standards compliance. Or they simply meet the requested scope.
It is for the buyers to determine who they wish to see. Jobson James Rail provide a facilitation service only, and have no influence over the buyers requirements or the buyers decisions on which suppliers they wish to see.
Adding to the buyers available without appointment HS2, CAF, Stadler, Porterbrook, Wabtec, Unipart and Many Tier One’s are exhibiting within the hall and can be approached directly. Angel Trains, Siemens Mobility, and many other companies have confirmed that they are sending buyers that will tour the stands.

The meet the buyer process will be notified by mail to all eligible companies.
