Innovation and commercial viability are at the core of our success as well as our community giving; we use our profits to fund homeless employment, prison reform and dementia support to individuals and families.

In 2023, we delivered over £9.9m of measured social value, providing over 200 people living on the margins of society with real living wage work and an opportunity to change their lives.
