Navigating the Rail Procurement Enigma

A series of workshops providing actionable learning that can be applied to live and upcoming procurements

Navigating the Rail Procurement Enigma:

From Specification to Supply

At this year’s Rolling Stock Networking (2nd July), we’re doing something different.

We’re taking over the conference area to deliver the Enigma Seven Zone - built around the theme: ‘Navigating the Rail Procurement Enigma: From Specification to Supply’

We’re bringing together industry leaders and procurement experts to explore:

- What does customer experience actually mean in procurement?

- What does engineering focus look like?

- How do we stop over-specifying, so SMEs can truly engage?

But here’s the key part... We don’t want to decide the agenda alone.

We want to build this around you - your priorities, your reality, your challenges.

👉 What’s missing from the procurement conversation?

👉 What questions never get properly answered?

👉 What challenges are you facing right now?
