Navigating the Rail Procurement Enigma

A series of workshops providing actionable learning that can be applied to live and upcoming procurements

Navigating the Rail Procurement Enigma:

From Specification to Supply

This interactive workshop series, led by value realisation experts at Enigma Seven, explores rail procurement in the context of the new Procurement Act and the transition to Great British Railways, and what these changes mean in practice for operators and the supply chain.

The workshop series will open with a short expert presentation from a VIP speaker, followed by facilitated table discussions that bring together buyer and supplier perspectives to share experiences, test ideas and identify practical actions that support better outcomes from specification through to supply.

The programme is focused on practical insight, open dialogue and delivering value across the rail supply chain. Attendees will leave with actionable learning that can be applied to live and upcoming procurements, whether buying or supplying into the rail sector. Further details coming soon…
