The health and safety of our exhibitors and visitors is the number one priority and of paramount importance to the RSN event organisers.
All of the stakeholders in the event, Rail Business Daily, Aegis, the RBD Conference and others that are providing additional show content, will be supporting the new date to ensure that the show delivers all of the great value and content for which our event is known. We will work tirelessly to provide a superb event for you in September and all of the news and promotion services that add value and form part of bookings will continue as normal up to the event.
Although this has been a very difficult decision, the well being of all involved remains our primary concern and we have now taken positive action to protect everyone that has invested in the show and placed their faith in us.
Rest assured that all stand bookings and visitor registrations will be carried forward to the new date so all bookings are secure. This includes all advertising and additions that may have been placed with Rail Business Daily for the show guide and the show preview.
It has not been an easy decision for us, but all indicators and the best advice we can obtain, suggests that this is the best possible outcome, to deliver a superb exhibition, conference and seminar for our exhibitors, our visitors and the wider rail industry; at a later time in the year where we all sincerely hope that life has returned somewhat to normal and we can run a safe event.
We have listened to our stakeholders many of which are multi sector and have carefully secured the new date from those offered to us, to avoid a clash particularly with Innotrans late in September and also to avoid numerous other events in Late September, October and November that we know are important to our exhibitors and visitors. These being Rail Live now also postponed to 9 – 10 Sept, Rail Infrastructure Networking 17 Sept – Derby, 22 – 25 Sept – Berlin, Subcon 28-30 Sept at the NEC, Euro Bus 3 – 5 November at the NEC and Advanced Engineering 4 – 5 November at the NEC.
In time we hope to announce further positive features to our event to you all.
If you have any questions please call one of our staff or refer back to our web site which will carry all of the updates or mail firstname.lastname@example.org
