Show Preview and Show Guide
RSN 2022 bookers will be able to access further promotional opportunities through inclusion in the Show Preview and the complete RSN 2022 Show Guide released shortly before the event. There is a modest premium for this additional exposure.
Notice of Booking Conditions 2022 Event Only
All exhibitors will be given notice of the terms of the venue. Your own risk assessments appropriate to your company H&S policy reflecting the items displayed and the nature of your stand should be conducted and risks mitigated in accordance with your own company practices. Coupled to this compliance with common law and regulations is the basis of the organisers expectation of exhibitors. All bookings are final. By booking you enter into a contract on the terms stated. Invoices for early bookings are not issued until January 2022 with terms of 30 Days after this date they are issued upon booking. Any invoice issued within 30 days of the show date requiring immediate payment. In the case of a force majeure event such as war, terrorism, earthquakes, hurricanes, acts of government, plagues or epidemics, RIN Events limited will be excused from our obligation to perform under contract . There will be security at the venue. Any photographs provided from our web site or taken within the premises in the period between set up and breakdown may be used to directly promote your companies association with Rolling Stock Networking and for no other purpose without our express permission which will not be unreasonably withheld. There will be no tolerance of behaviour that in the organisers absolute view may cause alarm or distress to others. We will require all exhibitors to evidence that they hold Public Liability Insurance of a minimum value of £5m. The organisers carry their own insurances pertaining to their responsibilities for the event.
Your booking is for the stand space which is carpeted and a 500w power supply additional items can be booked at extra cost. All other benefits such as printed entries and basic listings in the show guide are provided by a third party and we RSN provide no warranty for any errors or omissions. Car parking at the event is under the control of Derby City Council. Catering and amenity facilities are provided by the Venue.
All other additional events other than the expo are provided by the company or entity identified on our web site. These events and the organisation and delivery of those events is entirely in the control of those second parties.
Please do not leave rubbish behind your stand during the event and ensure that any structure adjoining another stand that projects towards the aisles is covered to ensure that stand framework is obscured.
An exhibitor manual will be issued six weeks in advance of the show containing reasonable requirements to which exhibitors are expected to comply.
